Air Conditioner Clean & Check
The following lists some of the most common problems we encounter that regular maintenance can minimize the occurrence:
- Damaged Wiring – Mice and bugs nest in condensers and sometimes will chew through the wires. This could trip the breaker or cause low voltage problems.
- Low Refrigerant – This will result in poor or no cooling. The leak should be located and repaired.
- Outside Unit is Dead – Typically a wiring problem. Could be low voltage or line voltage.
- Frozen Inside Coil – Usually indicates a problem with the air flow. Could be a dirty filter or problem with the blower motor, may also indicate refrigerant leak.
